Head Coach - Karen Davis

I believe athletics helps students to grow in many ways. It teaches teamwork, dedication, perseverance, sportsmanship and even in defeat valuable life lessons are learned. I can attribute my work ethic today to my experiences I had by being an athlete. In life you will have to face many obstacles and I know personally I am able to handle them with greater ease because I was an athlete.

Cross Country

Overview

Drive, dedication, commitment, these are all traits of an Archbishop Hannan Cross Country runner. Cross country is not a glamorous sport, sometimes grueling, but in the end, it is one of the most rewarding sports an athlete can take part in. It is a sport that builds mental toughness and heart. Our daily training schedule is comprised of distance runs, tempo runs, track work-outs, and strength/weight training.

Hawk Cross Country, like all the other teams at Archbishop Hannan, has its sights set on an appearance at the State meet year in and year out for both the girls and boys teams.
