Tuition & Tuition Assistance

Needs-based assistance may be available to qualified applicants via:

1. School Grant: Awarded to qualified applicants and do require repayment.
2. Work Study: Work Study provides an opportunity for eligible students to reduce their tuition. As the student completes his or her Work Study responsibilities, their wages are applied toward their tuition until the Work Study awarded amount is earned. While efforts are made to place students in a Work Study position conducive to their sports, activity and family schedule, job requirements and schedules are based on the school's needs and position availability. 

Tuition Assistance funds are limited. In order to ensure we are able to provide assistance to all our qualified applicants, Archbishop Hannan does not fully fund 100% of a student’s tuition. Each family will need to contribute a portion of the cost of educating their child.

To maintain both equity and consistency to all our families, Archbishop Hannan will offer needs- based tuition assistance awards only to those families whose application has been verified through the application process. 

All families requesting need-based financial aid for the 2025-26 school year must apply before March 31, 2025.

Please note that all families currently receiving tuition assistance must reapply for the following year. Tuition Assistance will be offered only to students who have submitted the re-registration forms and the required $400 deposit for the 2025-26 school year. There is a limited amount of tuition assistance available and late applications will be considered only if there are remaining funds.

We cannot consider any request for needs-based tuition assistance unless the applicant has
completed all the following steps.
1.    Complete and submit your 2025-2026 Registration, with the $400 registration fee. Only those families who have completed the registration process and submitted the fee are eligible for tuition assistance consideration.
2.   Visit this link
3.   Complete and submit all required documentation prior to March 31, 2025. 
4.   The school will send award notification letters electronically to families after May 4, 2025.

Families with more than one student attending Archbishop Hannan High School qualify for the multi-student tuition assistance program.  Tuition may be reduced up to $1,000 for siblings attending Hannan.  For example, a family with two children attending Hannan would be charged full tuition for the oldest child and tuition for the younger student is reduced by $1,000 (fees may not be reduced).

If a family would like to be considered for needs-based assistance in addition to the multi-student assistance, the family will need to complete the full financial aid application (documentation and fee requirements will apply).
