Archbishop Hannan Summer Camp

At Hannan's camp, campers will enjoy the chance to make new friends, create happy memories, express their creativity, and improve their skills in a variety of areas. From arts & crafts, to field trips, to sports, we offer a variety of activities that allow your child to have fun in a nurturing and safe environment. Under the guidance of our energetic and experienced staff, your child is sure to have an amazing summer here at Archbishop Hannan.

THE DAILY SCHEDULE

Every day at Hannan Summer Camp brings new activities and field trips guaranteed to keep your child entertained and having fun. However, the basic daily schedule is as follows:

  • 7:30-8:30 Before Care 
  • 8:30-9:00 Drop-Off/Breakfast
  • 9:00-3:00 Camp Activities
  • 3:00-3:30 Pick-Up
  • 3:30-5:30 After Care (additional fee, see below)

*Campers not picked up by 5:30 will be charged $1 per minute.

CAMP SESSIONS 2024

Rather than force our parents into registering for bulk sessions, we try to provide you as many options as possible. You can register your child for as many weeks as you will need.

  • Week 1: June 3-7
  • Week 2: June 10-14
  • Week 3: June 17-21
  • Week 4: June 24-28
  • Week 5: July 1-5 (no camp Thursday, July 4)
  • Week 6: July 8-12

*End of Camp ceremony on July 12th at 1 p.m. - Aftercare will be available*

FEES & DISCOUNTS
  • 1 camper - $200/child/week

  • 2 campers - $190/child/week

  • 3 or more campers - $185/child/week

  • Early Bird Discount: Take $10 off per week if registered by February 29th. No coupon is needed.

  • Campers will receive one free shirt. Additional shirts may be purchased for $12 each.

  • Additional processing fees from ACTIVE apply.

After care

After care is $10 per day for one child or $15 per day for two or more.

If after care is prepaid, the rates are $9 per day for one or $13 per day for family rate.

CAMP STAFF

Each group is under the leadership of an experienced adult camp counselor. Our junior counselors are alumni and students of Archbishop Hannan High School.

ORIENTATION

We will host an orientation day on May 23rd.  You will be able to familiarize yourself with our campus, receive your child's camp t-shirt, purchase additional shirts, receive an activities schedule, and listen to a presentation from our camp directors.  We will also offer an express, drive-thru orientation to pick up camp materials on Tuesday, May 28th.

REGISTERING AND PAYING FOR Hannan Summer CAMP

You may choose to pay in full or set up auto-billing.

Autobill Schedule:
Initial Payment - 25% of total
April 1st - 25% of total
May 1st - 25% of total
June 1st - remaining balance due

Refund Policy

Prior to May 31st, summer camp registrations can be refunded for a $25 fee or may be transferred at full value to other weeks, depending on availability.  After May 31st, summer camp registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred at full value to other weeks, depending on availability.  Registration fees are per week and cannot be pro-rated or transferred to other applicable charges.  Any vendor fees are non-refundable.
